Job Title: Customer Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at INNOVO COURIER SERVICES.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and stay up-to-date with team tasks.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support team operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimize waste.
Supervision:

The Customer Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Personal Suitability:
  • Accurate and reliable in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient and organized in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Initiative and judgment to make informed decisions.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Permanent work arrangement with 30-44 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
