Job Title: Customer Accounts Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Accounts Supervisor to join our team at INNOVO COURIER SERVICES.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Perform similar duties to those supervised, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support team operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
Supervision:

Directly supervise a team of 11-15 individuals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Personal Suitability:

Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, reliable, team player, and work term: permanent.

Work language: English, hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
