Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Director of People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people and culture strategies that align with our university's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with academic and business leaders to define, develop, and implement people and culture strategies that support our university's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, leveraging data from engagement surveys, exit interviews, and turnover reports.
  • Ensure that people practices in hiring, performance evaluation, and compensation support a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR business partner or in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing people and culture strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and employee experience.
