Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fourteen 14 Food Co. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all food and service meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed and prepared to meet customer demand.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Permanent work term and 32-35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
