About the Role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality program, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and FeedAssure standards. This includes scheduling and performing internal audits, leading third-party audits, and addressing findings. The successful candidate will work closely with our Quality Teams at all five mill locations to improve the program and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality program meets all regulatory, customer, and FeedAssure standards
  • Schedule and perform internal audits, lead third-party audits, and address findings
  • Work with Quality Teams at all five mill locations to improve the program and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with Operations and Nutrition on sampling, labeling, and training
  • Track and share key quality metrics like Task Matrix scores and other QA data
  • Compare finished feed results to label guarantees and report to Nutritionists
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Chemistry, or related fields
  • Three to Five years' experience with Food/Feed Safety programs (HACCP / BRC etc) and or similar Quality Management systems
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Office with programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel throughout Ontario and Saskatoon, SK

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
