Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Lead. This is a full-time permanent position, working approximately 30-35 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of food service staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for coordinating activities and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules and methods to meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff.
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure staff are aware of job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Determine ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Evaluate food and service quality, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee the assembly of trays and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Compensation and Benefits:
