We are seeking a Team Lead - Cleaning Services to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities.
- Inspect areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance.
- Order cleaning supplies and manage inventory.
- Resolve any client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services.
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
