Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fast Food Service Attendant to join our team at Windsor's Service Swan River Ltd. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, and fryers, to prepare and cook food and beverages.
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast food or food service environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Food Safety Certification an asset.
