Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Pho Restaurant Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply requirements
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
