Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at The Pho Restaurant Inc. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Physically demanding with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
