Job Summary

As a Senior Associate on our Consumer Duty team, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to ensure that our business practices align with consumer duty requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of Consumer Duty reporting processes, including data analysis and action planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas of risk and non-compliance.
  • Assist in the maintenance of comprehensive procedural documentation and ensure that all processes and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on Consumer Duty-related matters, including training and awareness programs.
  • Monitor and respond to ad-hoc requests and emerging issues related to Consumer Duty.
Requirements
  • Good technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in producing management information and reporting.
  • Risk awareness and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
