Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Four or more years of experience in a maintenance or operations role, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians and support staff. Ability to analyze financial data and develop cost-saving strategies. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
