Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians and support staff. Ability to analyze financial data and develop cost-saving strategies. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
