Job Summary


This role focuses on delivering high-quality sales plans and company objectives through building strong relationships with customers and peers.


Sales Associate Responsibilities



  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, providing expert advice to patients.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating them with optical measurements to ensure a perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct accurate measurements using appropriate optical tools, consulting with Opticians as needed.
  • Promote a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain store appearance, displays, and inventory, showcasing a keen eye for detail and organization.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.

Qualifications and Requirements



  • A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with 1+ year's experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills are essential.
  • Able to sell effectively, using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), self-motivation, and ability to multitask are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits


The estimated salary range for this position is $16.75 - $21.28 per hour.
