We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Sales Professional to join our team at Avayda Pest Control. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of pest control services and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as collaborate with our technical team to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with our technical team to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any technical issues
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and implement sales goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • A strong understanding of pest control services and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
