Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Professional to join our team at Kaycan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell company products and manage customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Become a product expert and utilize knowledge to grow sales.
  • Establish and maintain key industry relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Train operations staff on product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on product marketing and sales activity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the building industry.
  • Experience selling to builders, contractors, and remodelers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional and motivated approach with a passion for sales.
  • Strong smartphone and computer skills.
