About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ambassador Pizza Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales, providing a clear picture of our operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week.
