Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Food Service Of Canada Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
