Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Food Service Of Canada Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
