Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 1+ years of previous real estate experience or completion of a 6-month training/shadowing program
  • Strategic and creative thinking to develop high-level client strategies and contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and clients
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Prior experience with software, digital marketing, and social media is a plus
