About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restorative Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, assessing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with dentists to achieve optimal oral health outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from routine cleanings to more complex restorative procedures. You will also have access to ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and implement treatment plans for patients, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening
  • Provide exceptional patient care, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy at all times
  • Collaborate with dentists to achieve optimal oral health outcomes and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Dental Hygiene and completion of approved Restorative Dental Hygiene course
  • Be a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
  • Have valid CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals
