Carter's, Inc is seeking a dynamic Part Time Supervisor to lead our sales floor team in an exciting retail environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to the success of our company.

The Role:

This Part Time Supervisor position involves welcoming customers with a warm greeting and providing assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and executing business focus areas through planning and follow-through, while driving results and responding to customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Becoming a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.Lead and execute assigned business focus areas through planning and detailed follow through.Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, effective and professional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Proficient computer and technology skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Web navigation, are also essential. A high school diploma is required, and experience in a similar retail environment would be beneficial.
