The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Associate to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in private equity transactions, excellent technical and drafting skills, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams on complex transactions. They will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents, providing market knowledge of typical terms and structures in private equity deals, and presenting to stakeholders.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in multiple private equity transactions
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills
  • Market knowledge of typical terms and structures in private equity deals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Resilience under pressure
