Elevated Sales Leader for Alberta Community Development

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive the success of our Alberta House Building community in Edmonton.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and relationship-focused individual who is passionate about creating a great experience for everyone involved in the sales process.

This role requires someone with excellent people skills, a deep appreciation for strong relationships, and an eagerness to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales targets (revenue and absorption) are met on time, on budget, and on vision
  • Execute the Sales Plan for the community and write contracts to ensure contract compliance
  • Provide leadership oversight and training for onsite teams to ensure they are set up for success
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Operations, Construction, and Warranty, to ensure the best customer experience
  • Be proactive in communication with homeowners throughout the purchase and closing process
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure assets and presentations meet Anthem standards
  • Streamline communication between onsite sales teams and Anthem office teams

Requirements:

  • Experience working within CMS and New Star (asset)
  • Understanding of the local market and competitors
  • Rolodex of realtors eager to promote/support/sell current and future Anthem projects
  • Great people skills and a deep appreciation for strong relationships
  • Eagerness to drive sales growth
