Kognitive Sales Solutions, a renowned marketing agency in Canada, is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals to enhance consumer connections in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be educating clients and promoting President's Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Our compensation package includes a base salary of $15.50 per hour, plus commission, offering uncapped earning potential. This opportunity allows you to grow your career while driving sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products.

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least one year of experience in sales in a financial or retail setting (an asset).
- Comfortable meeting sales targets and eager to push boundaries.
- Outgoing, personable, and talented at acquiring new customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Educating customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understanding customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Providing exceptional advice and product knowledge to drive sales and advocacy.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Strong communication and listening skills to deliver key messages effectively.
- High integrity and accountability when working with confidential customer information.
- Comfort with completing a criminal/credit background check.
- Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is an asset.
