Key Responsibilities
  1. Qualify incoming leads from marketing efforts, inbound inquiries, and other channels, converting them into sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
  2. Manage and grow relationships with assigned house accounts and dormant accounts, re-engaging inactive customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
  3. Conduct outbound prospecting efforts via phone calls, emails, and other electronic communication methods to generate new business opportunities.
  4. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking and updating all leads, opportunities, and account activities within the CRM system.
  5. Identify larger or more complex opportunities and escalate them to the appropriate sales management or field sales representatives for further action.
  6. Work closely with sales managers and field reps to align on key account strategies, share insights from lead engagement, and assist with pipeline development.
What You Will Bring
  • A strong background in sales and customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing business environment.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
