Job Summary
The Hotel Manager will provide strategic direction across all areas of the property, fostering a service culture while maximizing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
- Ensure the overall success of hotel operations.
- Support Ownership in the management and strategic direction of the hotel.
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive market and hospitality industry developments.
- Coordinate capital projects under Ownership's direction.
- Oversee hotel operations functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Ensure revenue maximization, cost controls, scheduling, and ongoing training of the Team.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to ensure timely and accurate financial outlooks for hotel operations.
- Strong understanding and adherence to hotel operating controls.
- Participate in the recruitment process for operating department positions.
- Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in taking on additional duties.
- Show responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness with a strong sense of accountability.
- Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
