About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Value Mobile. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, and ensure that they are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan and implement operational procedures to ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage the store's budget, and ensure that sales targets are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, retail business.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electronic mail and other computer applications.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Positive attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, team player.
