Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish clear objectives and goals for the organization, and ensure that all team members are aligned and working towards these objectives.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
    • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience in the store.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure that the store is operating within budget and that any financial issues are addressed promptly.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members.
    • Ensure that all team members are working towards the same objectives and are aligned with the organization's vision and values.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or management.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
