Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Value Mobile. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, including selecting and procuring products for resale
  • Implement pricing and credit policies, as well as develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make decisions to optimize store performance
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store management
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

The Store Manager will work in a retail store environment, with regular interaction with customers, staff, and suppliers.
