Culture Support

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join their team in St Thomas, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the People & Culture department to successfully meet the divisions role and contribute to the company's success.

Job Description:
  • Participate in ongoing development, communication, and implementation of new programs and policies.
  • Create and modify documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other programs.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee events and maintaining communication among staff members.
  • May conduct research and compile data related to payroll, vacations, leaves of absence, attendance policy, and KPI performance reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and personal computer proficiency.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate events and maintain effective communication with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with payroll, vacation, and leave of absence policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
