Human Resources Generalist Manager

About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist Manager is a key member of our team at Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company. As a People & Culture Generalist, you will lead the department to successfully meet the divisions' goals and objectives. You will manage all Human Resources functions within the plant, ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing information to other leaders as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the hiring process with the Talent Team, scheduling interviews, speaking with candidates, coordinating the supply base, and coordinating activities.
* Develop and implement new programs and policies, communicating them to the team and stakeholders.
* Identify, recommend, and implement solutions for work-related problems, inputting and retrieving organizational documents, records, and reports.
* Create and modify documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
* Plan and coordinate employee events, maintaining communication boards, and conducting research and data compilation.
* Implement Progressive Discipline Process, formally investigating and resolving Employee Relations Concerns.
* Support payroll, vacations, leaves of absence, and tracking, conducting onboarding processes for new hires, monitoring attendance policy, and maintaining team member files and confidential information.
* Advise on organizational structures and changes, supporting reorganizations, and driving corrective actions for KPI deviations.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* Two- or four-year degree in Business Administration Management or four years of job-related experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
* Proficient computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
