Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the Human Resources function in Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

  7. Benefits and Compensation Planning
  8. Compliance with Employment Laws and Regulations

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
