We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Front End Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of cashiers to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Manage cash handling and credit card transactions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the delivery of company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive experience for customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to move 25lbs and remain in a stationary or standing position for extended periods
