Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Coast Mental Health. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk/reception area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and tenants in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure and enforce community rules and regulations
  • Manage keys and sign-in roster
  • Perform security duties, including monitoring the front door and patrolling the building
  • Provide building information to clients, including safety systems and guest protocols
  • Allow safe and timely access and egress to the building

Requirements

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Certificate in Building Service or Security Guard Training Certificate from a recognized college
  • Ability to work with people with mental illness
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to carry out duties of the position
