About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of crew members during each shift and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all food safety procedures are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
  • Manage food and labor costs to meet or exceed company standards
  • Train and develop crew members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Execute company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
  • Anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action as needed
Requirements
  • Previous food service experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Willingness to work a 40-50 hour week and be available to cover opening and closing shifts
