Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiencesTrain, mentor, and supervise front of house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • Ensure smooth operations during peak hours by effectively managing floor plans and seating arrangementsMonitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely mannerCollaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and deliveryMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restroomsHandle cash handling procedures and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shiftOversee inventory management for front of house supplies, such as menus, napkins, and condimentsMonitor and manage inventory, budgets, and financial targets to optimize profitabilityUphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism in alignment with the restaurant's ethosQualifications:Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine diningStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsKnowledge of organic farming practices and seasonal ingredients is a plusAbility to work in a fast paced environment and lead a diverse teamPassion for sustainable dining and commitment to environmental stewardshipIf you are a dynamic leader with a love for farm to table dining and creating memorable culinary experiences, we want to hear from you Join us in this exciting opportunity to be part of a restaurant that celebrates local, organic, and seasonal flavours.
