Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Indian Zaika Bar & Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen performance.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 40 hours per week with flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
