Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta LTD o/a Piros Family Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
