About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Busters Pizza Donair & Pasta. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and maintain a productive environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into business performance.
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
  • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff members effectively.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of 3-4 people. You must be able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you will require strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Apart from your technical skills and qualifications, you should be a flexible and team-oriented individual who is able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • a secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • strong leadership and communication skills;
  • ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Estimated Salary Range
