Job Title: Regional Sales Professional

TM8 is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Professional to join our team in Northwest Alberta. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing sales support for artificial lift, tubular, well-head, and related products to our customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet territory profit goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with current and new customers to understand their business needs and recommend improvement and innovation plans.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and research for the assigned territory or accounts.
  • Utilize sales tools and processes for an efficient sales process and provide after-sales technical support.
  • Travel within the assigned sales territory to meet with customers and promote our products.
Requirements:
  • Four or more years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent relationship sales skills and strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Strong math and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Good negotiation, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office suite, and ability to use a customer relationship management system.
