Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation
  • Providing estimates of costs for treatment
  • Determining the type of treatment required for effective pest control
  • Preparing and spraying chemical mixtures on infested areas
  • Fumigating households to eliminate pest infestations
  • Instaling animal control barriers to prevent pests from entering properties
  • Cleaning out areas that harbor pests
  • Advising clients on how to prevent pest infestations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence
  • Previous experience in the field of pest control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel
