Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Manager to join our team at TD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career growth
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
