  • Sales and Relationship Management: Lead a team of commercial account managers to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of commercial account managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and partners, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of the commercial banking team, ensuring that all processes and procedures are in place to support business growth and minimize risk.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in credit management, sales, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
