- Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of the commercial banking team, ensuring that all processes and procedures are in place to support business growth and minimize risk.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in credit management, sales, and team leadership.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
