Spa Operations Manager

Vernon Beauty Bar Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The successful candidate will have a strong background in spa management and be able to lead a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, as well as manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in spa management.
- Work Setting: Spa environment with fast-paced atmosphere.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and strong communication skills.
