Job Title: Spa Operations Manager

Vernon Beauty Bar Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Spa Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of spa professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and inventory, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized effectively.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
