About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Lam Nail Salons Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of spa professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and inventory, ensuring that the spa operates within budget and that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and attract new customers, working closely with the marketing team to ensure that all promotional activities are aligned with the spa's brand and values.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Work Setting: Spa.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
