Job Title: Spa Manager

Lam Nail Salons Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our spa operations, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily spa operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, including training and performance management.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, including managing expenses and ensuring that we are meeting our financial goals.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, including negotiating with vendors and ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, including spa therapists, receptionists, and other support staff.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, including resolving issues and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to work varied shifts and respond to changing circumstances.
Work Environment:

The Spa Manager will work in a fast-paced spa environment, interacting with clients, staff, and vendors on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
