Private Client Services Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to join our Private Client Services team at RSM Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading diverse client engagements and providing high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple engagement teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client services.
- Assess risk and design procedures to engagement teams, ensuring compliance with RSM's review, compilation, and audit methodology.
- Supervise engagement teams, monitor productivity, and adhere to work plan schedules on each assignment.
- Maintain contact with clients throughout the year to understand their business needs and assess the impact of significant developments on current year engagements.
- Develop others within the Firm through facilitating levels-based or industry training, advising on career development, or participating in other Firm initiatives.
- Anticipate and address client concerns, escalating issues as they arise.
- Manage profitability of projects and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Ensure professional development through ongoing education and stay up-to-date with the latest developments affecting GAAP and the Firm's standards and policies.
- Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Active CPA designation in good standing.
- 5+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring associates.
- Understanding of compilation, review, audit, and tax services with knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
- A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships.
- Minimum of 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff on multiple engagements.
- A successful record of directing and deploying staff and senior associates on multiple, simultaneous engagements.

At RSM Global, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, and location.
Compensation Range: $78,000 - $132,500. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
