Aon is seeking a highly motivated Employee Wellbeing Strategist to join our team in Toronto. As part of our Health Solutions business group, you will play a key role in empowering results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as a Consultant on our Wellbeing Services team.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Toronto office, providing an ideal balance between work and personal life. To be eligible for this position, applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

As an Employee Wellbeing Strategist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading wellbeing consulting work as the subject matter expert, including data analysis, wellbeing strategy design, vendor marketing, and program implementation with the support of the Wellbeing Services specialists
  • Utilizing broad wellbeing, benefit, and healthcare experience to anticipate market trends, internal needs, and client needs
  • Collaborating with internal and external resources to identify critical product/tool/offer development needs in the area's wellbeing and health improvement
  • Building strong working relationships and collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams with colleagues, clients, client teams, vendors, and carriers
  • Communicating Aon's wellbeing and health improvement strategy, solutions, and point-of-view internally and externally (consultants, clients, vendors)
  • Applying knowledge of the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and consulting to clients on best practices for emotional wellbeing, mental health, and psychological health and safety in the workplace
  • Engaging in strategic discussions with clients
  • Delivering/write high-impact reports and presentations concerning various wellbeing outcomes
  • Supporting client teams with benchmarking and industry research
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the health and wellbeing offerings, products, trends, and vendor landscape, while having a thorough understanding of how this relates to increasing value to clients

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience and success in delivering health, wellbeing, and/or benefits consulting to clients
  • Proven organization skills and the ability to effectively coordinate the delivery of projects and advisory services
  • The ability to see the 'big picture,' leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients' business challenges
  • A self-starter mindset, with curiosity and a desire to continually learn and challenge yourself to think outside the box and step outside your comfort zone
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A highly motivated, accountable, customer-service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) skills
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Certification in Psychological Safety/Workplace and/or Mental Health Specialist would be an asset, but not required
