Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Winston Hawthorne & Co. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Overseeing the analysis of employee data and information to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators and organizational metrics.
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Managing payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. A strong understanding of human resources principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
